Human Rights Commission supports TPA findings

It's good to see the Human Rights Commission have taken up our recommendations - (please see TPA Rental Survey May 2013) http://www.tpa.org.nz/page/rental-survey-2013  (or click the tab on the homepage) with respect to rent stabilisation, security of tenure by recommending 90 day notices be given with a reason and the Warrant of Fitness for rental housing.
