All CRS staff are currently working from home and the contact will maintain through phone, email and online. Exiting clients will be contacted by staff and have the option to call or text sooner if required.

CRS is still accepting referrals from community members and support agencies via their referral forms. They continue to provide on-going COVID-19 information to clients in relevant languages through Bilingual Community Work Team. CRS will access food parcels and other essential items for people needing them and ensure delivery without face to face contact. They will continue to respond to risk issues as required with appropriate support and guidence from essential services such as Police.
