As all the presenters brought comprehensive presentation notes with them to discuss in the forum - we have attached those presentations for your information 

Brenda Sutton  - Collections Ministry of Justice:  Brenda will update us on recent major changes to the civil debt enforcement system and how this impacts on enforcing Tenancy Tribunal Ortders and other debt.

Paul Davies - Investigating Officer Ministry of Business Innovation & Employment:  Paul will explain the role MBIE can take in investigating and educating Landlords and Tenants to ensure they comply with the Residential Tenancies Act.

Amanda Cook - Ministry of Social Development:  Amanda will give us an update from MSD on their new role in housing allocation or Social Housing Providers
