    We asked Leonie to tell us her own story about her housing conditions of the past three years... This is what she told us.
     
    Hi, my name is Leonie and this is my story, which started a very long time ago.

    Revisiting the Mould.

    Further to the Press story of today (23/8/13) TPA revisited this property with the Christchurch City Council Housing Inspector.  The photos from the visit reveal yes indeed Mr Godfrey has had EQC repairs done, however the bathroom and windows which were central to Leonie’s claim have not been.

    We came across an old newsletter from 2008 - TPA Housing - Tenant News.  The opening article "From the Desk of Helen", manager of TPA is about the issues around rental housing quality.  We thought it was worth republishing.....
